(PDS) was thrilled to assist Tapstone Energy with the acquisition of a large Midcontinent asset through both data migration and expansion of their current data sharing to provide a Well Data Exchange (WDX) platform. Owners will still have the ability to receive production data automatically via email, with the additional capability to access both production and well data via a secure cloud-based website 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. This also allows participants of the PDS WDX platform to receive Tapstone drilling and completion data via an automated import directly into their respective well databases or AI / BI systems.
Our secure, cloud-based exchange enables working interest owners to access all necessary information in one location on any device. All data is securely distributed and managed by PDS to only authorized recipients via our exchange portal or EDI subscription. Operators may also elect to share well data, allowing working interest partners to seamlessly load non-op drilling, completion, and other reports directly into their WellView and OpenWells applications.
