Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant
Summary
PDS Energy is looking for motivated candidates to fill a full-time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant role. This position handles all accounts payable and accounts receivable duties for PDS Energy Information and will act as an administrative assistant for the President and Project Managers. Duties might include some couriering.
The position has the capability to work from home for a candidate that demonstrates a high level of proactivity and accountability but does require scheduled in-office hours each week. PDS Energy Information business hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities
Bookkeeper
- Enter and pay all incoming bills for the company
- Process outgoing customer invoices
- Receive and book payments from customers
- Review and improve upon current bookkeeping practices
- Bring current back accounts into reconciliation with QB and maintain balanced books
- Work closely with Project Managers and customers to ensure accurate billing
- Process employee reimbursements
- AR Collections
- Other duties may be assigned
Executive Assistant
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, and mailing
- Handle requests for information and data
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking, and petty cash
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following skillset is required
- Proven work experience as a bookkeeper or other relevant experience
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive level.
- Experience with Quickbooks, CRM software, and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Access)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Oil and Gas Industry knowledge is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
Computer Skills
Proficient in all Microsoft® Office applications, Quickbooks and various CRM software programs

WDX Permian Basin Division Manager
Midland, Texas
Summary
The Division Manager is responsible for all regional client engagement and direction over the implementation and integration teams working with our Permian Basin based clients out of our new Midland, Texas office. Coordinates communication with all areas of the organization that impacts the timeline, budget, scope, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed. Ensures milestones are successfully met through the management of project activities, tasks, and coordination of resources. This position is responsible for the overall coordination, execution, and delivery of software development projects always maintaining the customer experience as the paramount objective.
Experience
- 3+ years related experience well data and/or production operations. Exposure to systems such as WellView, OpenWells, P2 Merrick and WellEZ helpful
- Proven working experience in oil & gas information technology sector
- Fundamental technical background with basic understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Experience with oil and gas accounting/ERP preferred
- Proficient in al MS office Products including advanced abilities with MS Project; familiar with on-line systems

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development activities around meeting with existing clients (no sales) to insure all product lines are meeting customer needs and objectives and all existing or planned integrations with internal or third party platforms are functioning in a seamless manner.
- Responsible for managing the implementation project team for new client implementation in order to ensure accuracy and timelines of all new business. Works to ensure the successful implementation of PDS products and services, including business process review, configuration, testing, training, and “Go Live” of new customers, followed by stabilization and transition to Customer Service.
- Develops and manages project plans for customer implementation projects. Manages product implementations, including project planning and ongoing project management for large implementations.

PDS Energy is looking for motivated candidates to fill a full-time Support Analyst role. The analyst role will liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams, to ensure the timely and successful resolution of production/well data inquiries via email and phone. Our ideal candidate will identify customer needs and exceed client expectations.
The position requires regularly scheduled office hours.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate as an initial point of contact for all matters specific to PDS support.
- May require occasional after hours support duties.
- Ensure the timely and successful resolution of customer and client inquiries.
- Assist with client well data document loading when necessary.
- Assist with client implementation projects, bug fixes, enhancements when necessary.
